This Privacy Policy explains how Foshan Tuyi Trading Co.,Ltd (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications and related services that we publish and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Covered Apps”).
The Covered Apps currently include:
This Privacy Policy may also apply to other categories of applications that we publish in the future, provided that the relevant application links to this Privacy Policy. If an application requires different data practices, we will provide an application-specific notice or a separate privacy policy.
Our current Covered Apps, including VideoDeck Launcher, are designed so that the Developer does not automatically collect, transmit to Developer-controlled servers, store on Developer-controlled servers, sell, or share users’ personal information.
In particular, we do not require users to create an account, and we do not collect names, phone numbers, contact lists, precise location, photos, videos, messages, payment information, government identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
Some application settings and preferences may be processed and stored locally on the user’s device. Local processing is not transmitted to us and is normally removed when the user clears the application’s data or uninstalls the application.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information that you voluntarily include in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send.
We use this information only to:
We do not use support communications for unrelated advertising or sell them to third parties. We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain appropriate records, or comply with applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
A Covered App may request device permissions or system roles that are necessary for a feature, such as:
A permission request does not by itself mean that we collect personal information. Where permission is optional, users may decline it. Declining a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but it will not affect unrelated features.
We will not use a permission to access personal or sensitive information for an undisclosed or unrelated purpose.
VideoDeck Launcher provides launcher and video-navigation functionality. It may allow users to open third-party websites or online services inside an in-app browser.
The selection of a navigation destination may be performed locally on the device and is not based on a personal profile created by us. We do not intentionally record or transmit to ourselves the user’s browsing history, search terms, form entries, passwords, or login credentials entered on third-party websites.
When a user visits a third-party website, the operator of that website may independently receive or collect information, such as the user’s IP address, browser or device information, cookies, account information, or activity on that website. That processing is controlled by the third-party operator, not by us, and is governed by the third party’s own privacy policy and terms.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or data-handling practices. Users should review the privacy policy of each third-party service before providing information to it.
We do not authorize third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current Covered Apps to collect personal information on our behalf.
If a future version or another Covered App needs to use a third-party service that processes personal information, we will review that service, provide the disclosures required by applicable law and platform rules, obtain user consent before collection where required, and update the relevant app-store data-safety disclosure. Third parties will be permitted to process information only for disclosed, application-related purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may publish applications in other categories or add new features in the future. This Privacy Policy is intentionally written to cover those applications when they link to it, but it does not authorize undisclosed data collection.
Before any Covered App begins collecting personal information, we will, as applicable:
Users may refuse optional collection without losing access to unrelated application features. Information collected with consent will be used only for the disclosed, application-related purpose unless the user separately agrees to another use.
If a new feature materially changes our data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and any relevant app-store disclosures before or when the change takes effect.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or create personal advertising profiles in the current Covered Apps. We do not share personal information with other companies for their independent marketing purposes.
If these practices ever change, we will provide a clear prior notice, obtain consent where required, and provide any choices or rights required by applicable law.
Because the current Covered Apps do not send personal information to Developer-controlled servers, we generally do not hold application user data that can be linked to an individual.
Information stored only on the device can generally be removed by clearing the application’s data or uninstalling the application. Information voluntarily sent by email is handled as described in Section 2.
If a future Covered App collects personal information with consent, we will retain it only for the period necessary for the disclosed purpose, after which it will be deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Users will be told how to request deletion.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no device, network, website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting any account credentials they choose to enter on third-party websites.
Each Covered App may have its own intended audience and age eligibility, as stated in its store listing or in-app information.
VideoDeck Launcher is not directed to children under 18. Some third-party destinations accessible through video navigation may contain age-restricted material. Users must satisfy the age requirements of the relevant application, jurisdiction, and third-party service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us using the details below.
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, and to withdraw consent.
Because the current Covered Apps do not maintain user accounts or Developer-controlled personal-information databases, we may not hold information that allows us to identify a particular app user. Nevertheless, users may contact us with a privacy request. We will verify and respond to the request as required by applicable law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal. Users can also manage application permissions through the device’s system settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new applications, features, legal requirements, or data practices. We will change the “Last Updated” date when we revise it.
If a change materially affects how a Covered App collects or uses personal information, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required before the new processing begins. Continued use alone will not be treated as consent where affirmative consent is legally required.
